Disappointed with the Experience – Be Aware Before Signing Up I was looking forward to this new Regus location for over a month and finally secured my office on February 10, 2025, the first day of its opening. However, within a week, I realized it did not meet my expectations for several reasons. 1. Poor Soundproofing & Privacy Issues One of the main reasons people choose an office space is to work without distractions, but unfortunately, this location does not provide that. The walls are not soundproof, meaning you can clearly hear conversations from the next cabin. Your own discussions are audible in the hallway, affecting privacy and focus. If you need a quiet workspace, this might not be the best option. 2. Hidden Charges & Unexpected Costs Many additional charges are not clearly disclosed upfront. Some examples include: Extra charges for coffee Fees for priority internet access (otherwise, speeds drop below 15 Mbps during busy hours) Printer usage fees If you don’t opt out of these add-ons, expect an extra $100+ per month on your invoice. It’s best to carefully review your billing details from the start. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance Concerns It’s been over 18 days, and no vacuuming has been done in my office. The only cleaning service provided was changing the dustbin bag. The washroom design lacks privacy due to gaps between the stall doors. If cleanliness and hygiene are important to you, this might be a concern. 4. Contract Terms – Read Carefully Before Signing Before signing an agreement, I highly recommend reading the house rules carefully: You cannot cover the glass walls or make modifications inside your office. They offer 6-month or 1-year agreements by default, claiming you’ll get a discount. However, it's safer to start with a monthly contract before committing long-term. 5. Temperature Control Issues If you like having control over your office temperature, that may not be possible here. The heating and cooling system is centrally managed, and I found it difficult to get the desired temperature in my cabin. Final Thoughts This location has some advantages, but I believe potential customers should be fully informed about these limitations before committing. If you are considering this space, I recommend asking detailed questions about pricing, policies, and services upfront to avoid surprises later.

**Buyer Beware!** Be cautious of their very strategic sales tactics designed to get you into a month-to-month contract. When you think you’re paying $625 for a small office, you may actually be paying an additional fee that could range up to $300. The salesperson will likely rush through the meeting, only mentioning the price of the room in the first 30 minutes. However, once you sign the agreement, you could find yourself in a difficult situation. **DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THAT THE ROOM COST IS THE ONLY PAYMENT YOU WILL BE MAKING TO THEM.** In my case, my room cost $960, but they are charging me $2,260. Additionally, while they included a retainer fee of $450, they will deduct this amount due to a restoration charge. There’s also an activation fee of another $200. This is a pure scam—stay alert!
