I absolutely love The Village Hive. They truly care about the Markham community and their ongoing support for small businesses is incredible. If you are looking for community, connection, a quiet place to focus, or office space to rent; I would highly recommend The Village Hive.

What a beautiful space to work in! This historic brick schoolhouse has high ceilings, large windows, and charming interior details, including gorgeous chandeliers and large bathrooms with home-y decor touches. The work surfaces in the co-working spaces are a good size and the chairs are comfortable. The wifi is fast and not glitchy. I wish I lived in Markham and could work here more often but unfortunately I just needed space for the day.

My colleagues and I had a half-day away, and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The Boardroom is a generous space - lots of surface area on the big table for laptops and two large white boards on the walls for putting down group thoughts. While we didn't use the TV, it too was a good size and easy-peasy to set up. The ambience of the room with the large window, tin ceilings, hardwood floors and brick walls oozed character. We were delighted to be there. Next time we'll take advantage of the kitchenette just outside the Boardroom. A big thanks to Charlotte for ensuring we were well cared for. We'll be back!!! :)
