It was my first time here today and I asked alot of questions with Steven, he was very patient, well mannered and professional. I'd recommend coming here for Stevens professionalism. He really made my experience here today a great one. Will be coming back here as long as Steven is here.

Beware before you sign up with them, look for other options. This company is giving me nightmares dealing with their faulty billing system. I had earlier complained to them that they charged me 3 times for the month of March 2024. I haven't received my refund for the 3rd incorrect charge yet and today they again charged me for the 4th time for March 2024, even after cancelling my subscription with them. You can only contact them via helpdesk case to which they reply to after 5 days and take another 5 days to talk to their billing team. It is crazy that now I have to ask for refund again when my previous refund is still pending. This is my previous helpdesk case no. C-775668-J4J2 where they told me on April 16, 2024 that I would get my refund in 5-7 business days and they would fix this issue, but I have not received any refund yet. Here is my new helpdesk case no. asking for refund again for the 4th incorrect charge, if Regus has time to look at it - C-856487-N6Z2. Now I have 2 pending refunds. I am posting this so people become aware that they only care about taking your money without any reason. Update - October 2025: Even after more than a year, not doing business with them, this company has not resolved the issue. They over refunded me the amount and now sending me collection notifications to pay them back. When I tried to pay back the over refunded amount using their credit card payment system, their payment does not work. I had to do a bank transfer for which I had to pay additional transfer fee.

Like the business lounge of the office I visited. In other offices of theirs, designed in such a way you can also have a cubicle to yourself for work and chairs comfortable for a chat for a brief one to one meet up such as their office in 15 AllState Parkway. Front desk staff was welcoming and pleasant.
