I have had my office at Talbot Court Corporate Studios for three years and the building is very well run, clean and accessible. Deborah at the front desk is super reliable. I trust her with clients and anyone else that attends at the office for my business. Great building overall!

Well, i had to go talk to a doctor there, so i didnt really like it. Took an hour and half. No elevator, up 3 floors, but, he did give me chocolate bars and water after. He was very nice.

Deborah is the best, super helpful and easy to reach. Unfortunately, offices had thin walls and doors. I was always able to hear meetings from my neighbors and people walking past the office. Became super frustrating over time and wasn't doable anymore. Good amenities and respectable facilities if this is your first office. Parking isn't included in lease. Downtown issues like homeless people but nothing unusual for the area. Overall, a good place starter office but I chose not to renew my lease.

Talbot Court is an absolutely wonderful office space. Deborah and her staff were extremely professional and accommodating. For anyone looking in the downtown core for a business space we highly recommend Talbot Court!
