Very nice setup. The boardroom is lovely and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to be productive! The space is open on the weekends which is a huge plus for me.

The spaces are fine, but after looking into this, I realized these are just all real estate offices owned by Rob Golfi. He must have had excess space with people working remotely and invented a brand to monetize the space, these are not actually coworking spaces or communities. And if you look up the names of all the people that have given the glowing, 5-star reviews, they are just on Rob Golfi's real estate team. Pretty sneaky.

Working in this building is truly inspiring! Filled with character and charm inside and out, the unique design and architectural details sets it apart from the trendy, modern average workspaces. I love that the building has been well-maintained and updated with modern amenities while preserving its historic charm. It's not just any office space; it’s a well-known landmark that locals recognize and admire. Working in such an iconic setting is a privilege and adds a sense of pride to the workday
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Bright Workspace.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Bright Workspace, who is more than happy to help out.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
At Bright Workspace - 1 Markland Street, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available.
