WorkCo is located in a self-contained, 10,500 sq.ft. retrofitted warehouse transformed to support the needs of start-ups to established mid-sized businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to work, create and grow their businesses in an inspiring environment.
At WorkCo we offer a variety of flexible packages and membership plans so you and your team can work in the way you need and want now and as your needs grow and change. All dedicated desk + office memberships include: high-speed secure Wi-Fi, onsite community manager, 24/7 secured access, professional + social events, shared café & lounge areas, unlimited hot and cold beverages, bike storage, local discounts, access to the meeting, conference and huddle rooms, private phone booths, access to a high-speed printer and a place in our physical and on-line community.
Our Dedicated Desk and Private Office Packages include a private height adjustable desk with storage, mail service, direct network access, meeting room and printer credits as well as access to a business phone and telecom support services.
Doors are locked 24 hours a day for premium security for our members. Simply ring the Doorbell at the front entrance and our community manager will greet you at the door.

At WorkCo, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms and Private Offices are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with WorkCo.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WorkCo, who is more than happy to help out.
