Parking is ridiculous at this location. Came 30 minutes early to sort out logistics (ie. parking). Took me from 8:20 am until 9:45, multiple AI help (that gave incorrect information) and an extensive phone call to Hangtag IO to resolve. For your FYI, the parking lot is called a few things on Hangtag. "10-20 Four Seasons Place" and "Burnamthorpe Square". Reference of Lot #280 refers to a lot in Vancouver. The Hangtag IO service is horrible. I'm back on help with them at 09:55 AM. 3rd time since 8:20 AM. I haven't used hang-tag since... 2016. No basic signage, no way-finding from literally point A to point B. From East Mall , into to the parking lot, into the building, up the elevators, out onto the 10th floor and to the Reception Desk. No clearly shared nor posted instructions on how to connect to internet. Receptionist doesn't tell/inform when you "check-in." I had to walk all the way back around the office space and ask her. It's definitely dingy, poorly maintained and not clean. There is some splash/smear of something on the wall across from me that hasn't been washed. I asked for a campus rate - just a desk in an open space not an office. The receptionist has placed me in an office, I had no tour of the facility, no options. I'll be asking for a receipt for the space/service/time today. I found the bathroom on my own. Again, no way-finding or signage. This is priced on par (for day/hourly use) with other coworking places like Prima, Lauft, Ventura, Workhaus etc. but this location definitely does not rise to the experience or vibe of the others.

The worst customer service ever. You will never get the responses from them or pick up the phone during the business hour. We have already paid online for additional month and it has been posted on the bank statement. But they said they didn’t get it. The account still showed unpaid. So it’s ghosting???????? We tried to contact them after, they NEVER got back to us!! Stay away from this horrible company.

They MISUSE CREDIT CARD ON FILE, PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. Also PLEASE PLEASE read thir house rules that you actually do not get a copy of for all the exorbitant charges. Don't believe the agents who are selling the room to you. Ask for their house rules and charges. I am leaving them now and they are charging me CAD 900 for office restoration even after returning the office room in a great condition. Regus is a Fraudulent and dishonest company for sure. My credit card on file has been charge on multiple occasions for services I haven't used. They have put so many unexplained charges on my card. It took them 2 months to resolve unexplained high charges. They change their rates without informing the tenants and when you seek for clarification, they ask you to put up a ticket on their hideous online system. You have to beg to talk to a real person to resolve matters quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • At Regus - Toronto – West - Etobicoke, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
