• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at OnePlan Business Centres? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, OnePlan Business Centres has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at OnePlan Business Centres provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Can I visit OnePlan Business Centres before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with OnePlan Business Centres, who is more than happy to help out.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
