We rent a space from suiteworks and have for some time now. It is a very accommodating, inclusive and professional organization. From the various included functions, lunches, social events right through to the supplies readily available for tenants use, this place really has it all. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking to rent a space for their business.

I have worked in the SuiteWorks building for several years and am truly impressed by the way the building is managed and by how warm, helpful and welcoming the staff and management are! The offices and common areas are well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. It is a great place to come to work!

Just recently was displaced from my home office due to flooding and rented office space here. I absolutely love it! Very quiet, clean and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Moving my office from Whitby to Barrie was a big decision, and I took my time interviewing several office spaces and doing onsite visits. When I came across SuiteWorks at 92 Caplan Ave, I was impressed by the photos and location, but what truly set them apart was the customer service. My first call was with Meghan, and WOW, she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge gave me so much confidence that I actually booked the space site unseen, which says a lot! When I finally visited in person (I was out of the area when I secured the space), I was even more blown away, especially by Abby and the incredible welcome I received. I have been a tenant since December 2025 and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The office environment is modern, professional, and beautifully maintained, with a great mix of open and private workspaces. The flexibility is fantastic, and any accommodations I’ve needed have been handled promptly and professionally. The parking is free, spacious, easily accessible, and includes spots that work well for my handicapped clients, which is extremely important to me. I want to sincerely thank Meghan, Abby, and the entire management team at SuiteWorks for providing an incredible office space that is affordable, flexible, and truly top-tier in service. If I could give this office space a 10+, I absolutely would.. But Google only allows 5 stars
