Just recently was displaced from my home office due to flooding and rented office space here. I absolutely love it! Very quiet, clean and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Moving my office from Whitby to Barrie was a big decision, and I took my time interviewing several office spaces and doing onsite visits. When I came across SuiteWorks at 92 Caplan Ave, I was impressed by the photos and location, but what truly set them apart was the customer service. My first call was with Meghan, and WOW, she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge gave me so much confidence that I actually booked the space site unseen, which says a lot! When I finally visited in person (I was out of the area when I secured the space), I was even more blown away, especially by Abby and the incredible welcome I received. I have been a tenant since December 2025 and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The office environment is modern, professional, and beautifully maintained, with a great mix of open and private workspaces. The flexibility is fantastic, and any accommodations I’ve needed have been handled promptly and professionally. The parking is free, spacious, easily accessible, and includes spots that work well for my handicapped clients, which is extremely important to me. I want to sincerely thank Meghan, Abby, and the entire management team at SuiteWorks for providing an incredible office space that is affordable, flexible, and truly top-tier in service. If I could give this office space a 10+, I absolutely would.. But Google only allows 5 stars

We had a fantastic experience at Suiteworks. Meghan and Abby were so helpful and friendly, making sure our team had everything we needed to make our training day go as smooth as possible. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for a large group.

SuiteWorks is an awesome place! The front reception team are always welcoming and friendly. They offer clean, modern and professional work spaces, plus free coffee in the kitchen! Great atmosphere! Love working in this building and my office and I always look forward to the monthly socials!!!
