My review is due to the fact that there were quite a few hidden fees that are not made clear. Ending the contract is difficult for no reason and their system sends reminders in error a lot. It all seems very amateur.

Visited for a meeting with a tenant who uses the services of Regus at this location. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. the place was clean and well maintained. The feeling of being in a temporary rental office space didn't exist because the surroundings were appearing to be very professional and top notch.

Great place clean and amazing views but incredibly difficult to deal with after you have ended your rental agreement. Ending a contract should be much easier, but there are a lot of closed loops and incredibly difficult leases that nobody can mysteriously assist you with ( all levels front desk to corporate ). The worst part is that they have a credit agency that chases you like a rabid dog without any regard to your progress with Regus. Their rental system runs on AI but unfortunately someone forgot to tell them there is a human being involved and business isnt just one lane.

Nice office but not set up for meetings. TVs are old and not modern. You can't sync your laptop. There aren't plugs in the middle of the desks. Not a lot of thought put into it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
