I’ve worked out of Regus Founders Square for several years and it’s been a great experience. The staff go above and beyond to assist with any issues and make it a welcoming space to get work done.

On February 8th I had a call with Jordon Yates, a salesperson with IWG Group. I rented an office in Founders Square from him for the dates between February 26th and March 31st. I was very clear that I wanted this office for these dates and only these dates, I was assured the price was 950 for the month of march and a pro rated amount for the week in February. Instead, I received the following charges: 989.00: damage deposit 500.00: for the month of February 1,137.35 for the month of March Now they are charging me 1,137.35 for the month of April. Even though I was crystal clear that I wanted the office for one month and received an affirmation from Jordon that one month + 1 week is all I was booking. I am now paying 2,774.7 for an office that was assured to be 950 dollars. I further confirmed my one month stay with the front desk staff upon my arrival. I get the hustle, I have worked in sales before. A marginal amount in unforeseen fees can be expected in a sales situation, however getting jammed into 3X the price is wrong. I gave Jordon plenty of time to remedy the situation. When I politely pointed out this sub-optimal situation he stopped responding to me. I have never written a negative review for an establishment. Everyone has a job to do and sometimes service misses the mark . That is OK and is acceptable, that's life. However this is just so far beyond reasonable and acceptable. Very disappointing and disheartening.

Excellent on-site staff, but terrible billing experiences with Regus that are deceptive and at the disadvantage of the client. Every month your invoice will come in for a new amount. They will charge you a 100% deposit for registering with them, then another 100% deposit if you don't save a credit card in their system, then they will charge you a $46 restoration fee for terminating your agreement. Your monthly bill will be irregular, billing 15 days in advance for the next month. You won't even understand or be able to itemize your invoices. If their system fails or doesn't work, they won't remedy it, there is no support. An absolutely horrendous experience I wouldn't recommend to any business owner. It will appear fees are $300-400 per month, but secretly they'll add new fees all the time, charge 100% invoices on top of current invoices at free will, demand payment for no reason, and point to terms and conditions they deliberately hid in their contract. Don't do business with this company.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
