The Jardine building is located in the Trinity Royal area and is one of a collection of commercial and residential, Italianate and Second Empire buildings built between 1877 and 1881 after 60% of the City of Saint John was destroyed by the 1877 fire. This historic place has roots back before the construction of the present building and to one of NB's most influential men, Robert Jardine

Good for more private and formal business meetings
This co-working station literally has a view right on the harbour (Bay of Fundy.) Perfect location, beautifully restored older building. Easy access, great wifi. Beautifully designed.
Great location in Uptown. Open concept work area plus numerous meeting rooms and privacy booths if you need a very private conversation. I paid a bit more for the option of a semi-private workspace which I took because I have web meetings multiple hours a day and didn't want to be disruptive to others. Very reasonable cost.
I've been working at USTATION for over a year now and I can't imagine life without it! I'm the only employee of a small, spaceless non-profit so it feels great to have a professional home. Glen and the team are always coming up with new ways to make it even better: the Professional Presence package has given us an address and a phone number for our organization which is amazing. Great for anyone who works remotely or wants to get their home address and personal phone number off their professional website or business card. The space is beautiful, clean, spacious yet cozy, and the other members are very friendly. Booking meeting rooms is really easy for the times when you're looking for a bit more privacy. Great atmosphere and handy location. Awesome all around!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ustation.
