Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. They are completely incompetent, never respond properly, and make simple things unnecessarily stressful. Communication is terrible, and nothing ever gets fixed right. Avoid this company at all costs, you will only end up frustrated and stressed.

Increased my rent up 40% with house falling apart with mold and critters inside. Me and my neighbour have been reporting incidents for years and nothing, they blame everyone but themselves to try and get out of fixing the issues. Jeff is an awful landlord they all money grab. Please dont go to imperial properties. Me and her are “vulnerable” in this society and they’re abusing it. I don’t want anyone else to go through this inhumane situation. The pictures I added is just a new issue that’s happening. They are evil please please please stay away it’s awful I promise you you will find a better place than any of their places.
