We’ve been members for years and always enjoy working at Launch. Welcoming staff, clean and well-equipped spaces, High speed wireless and wired Internet, fresh atmosphere, and a great community. Highly recommend!

I appreciated how easy it was to book LAUNCH Coworking Space online. Very efficient, and I honestly didn’t even know this place existed until recently. On paper, everything looked great. Unfortunately, the reality was far from ideal. We were never sent any codes or actual keys to access the room, and the building itself won’t let anyone in without the owner’s permission. The only access method provided was through an app called Kisi, which was supposed to unlock the door when you’re right in front of it, but it doesn’t even work at all. And without it, there’s literally no other way to get in. Getting help was almost impossible. We tried calling the listed number, but it only connects to an AI system that takes forever to route you to a real person. In the end we can’t actually do anything because the owners themselves are unreachable. There’s no direct line, no quick response, and no one who can actually help you in the moment. It honestly felt like we were talking to a wall. As I’m writing this, we’re now over an hour past our scheduled booking time and still locked out, unsure if we’ll even get in at all. For a space that isn’t exactly cheap, it feels like we were forgotten. Like they just took our money and disappeared. I don’t want to badmouth a new or small business, but I’m just sharing my honest experience in hopes that this can be improved. If there’s no reliable point of contact when things go wrong, that’s not just inconvenient. It’s poor business practice. Please do better. The concept and space seem promising, but the execution and customer support need serious work. P.S. How about simplifying the entry process by installing a door code that doesn’t need the internet to run it? Just an idea.

This co-working space is excellent. Great communication from start to finish. I used the office space on level 3 downtown which was very beautiful, quiet and private. I could see how it might get a bit loud if all offices are being used at the same time.
