A beautiful, friendly, spacious environment with two floors of south-facing floor to ceiling windows right in the centre of town. Organizations, entrepreneurs, and social purpose business members have access to coworking, offices, hot desks, meeting rooms and events spaces.

From 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday: Push the wheelchair access button to open the front door. Come to the first floor's reception area to let us know you're here. We'll give you a quick orientation tour of the space. If you have issues, please call 250-590-5179 and we'll help you in!

I love working at the Dock. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, the space has everything you need, and the best part is that when you join, you become part of an inclusive, supportive, and fun community that has lots to do inside and outside of work.

Little did I know what I would find when I joined the Dock even just for hot desking. When I started a remote job, I had the need for a coworking space to get out of the house, see people, and separate work and home life. I toured all other coworking spaces and admittedly initially joined the Dock cause it was the best bang for a buck. Was it the most fancy, curated, and posh coworking space? No. But even after a week there I was shocked about the type of community I found there! Most members work in impactful fields like sustainability and social impact. Staff and members are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. You will find true community with people who care. I didn't think this was possible to find in a coworking space. From weekly communal salad club lunches to networking to inspiring clubs and gatherings, to complimentary high quality coffee and tea, to fostering real friendships, the people at the dock have fostered something truly unique and special. If you are new to Victoria or are hoping to leave the house to see some real people, this is the place! I cannot recommend it enough and it's worth every penny! The Dock has become my favourite part of my job.
