I have been a tenant here for over a year and I'm really torn on this place. I'm actively looking for alternatives. The physical space is nice, although overpriced. I like the location and I like my office. The back end is a complete nightmare; all of the billing/renewals and other logistical pieces have been nothing short of total disaster. I've been overcharged (at one point over 14,000) and because they automatically charge your credit card (they refuse any other method of payment other than you giving them free rein on your credit card) you have to pay first and then try to resolve things later. They don't return phone calls, don't answer emails, and are just content to keep your money and wait for you to go crazy. In talking with other tenants, this is a very common issue. Very few people stay here for any lenght of time, and it's no wonder. I'll be gone as soon as I can find a suitable replacement. UPDATE: I contacted Lorraine as she requested (twice), and never heard back from her. One of the helpdesk people reached out to me instead and 'reviewed' my account. The end result was more billing errors by this person and more erroneous charges to my credit card. The problems just never end. I'm left with two alternatives - pay thousands more than we contractually agreed, or hire a lawyer and sue them. It's just ridiculous.

Avoid. For the 2.5 months we were here, we spent nearly $7,000 - far more than expected for a space that small due to confusing contract language. The "priority internet" was so slow that tethering to my phone was faster. When we moved in, we were told it was policy to paint between tenants - this never happened, and the walls were scratched and marked from the previous tenant throughout our stay. They never completed the move-in inventory required by their own House Rules, then billed us $700 for "restoration" before we even vacated the space. Despite multiple emails raising legitimate concerns about their failure to follow their own contract and House Rules, I never received a single response - just copy-paste rhetoric ignoring everything I raised. They ignored my request for a final walkthrough entirely. Horrible organization that enforces their contract against tenants while breaching it themselves.

Georgia is the best receptionist in the city of Victoria , always helps us with room accommodations and is very caring towards the office staff . I am continuing my lease agreement solely because of the kind atmosphere that she creates in this building .
