Paramount Executive Centre is a professionally managed full-service executive business centre in the heart of downtown Victoria, across from the Courthouse. We offer private Day Office rentals, Boardroom rentals, and month to month or longer all inclusive Office rentals. The space is quiet and professional with a total of 14 private offices. Our services are personable, flexible, and tailorable.

Come inside building doors, then up by stairs (fresh air stairwell) or elevator to the third floor, then into reception doors to be greeted.

I started at Paramount Executive Centre when I was a solo lawyer, and by the time I left three years later, my firm had grown to a team of 10 people (some remote) and we were renting four offices. It’s an outstanding place to be if you’re building your business — almost like a business incubator. That said, you don’t need to be focused on growth to benefit from Paramount — if you’re a solo professional or a small team, it offers all the conveniences you need in an office, but at a fraction of the cost of a traditional office lease. The environment is quiet, professional, and very well run. The use of the boardroom and meeting rooms made it easy to meet clients and collaborate with my growing team. Joy, the manager, handles reception in the afternoons and is incredibly organized and responsive. Marly, the morning receptionist, brings a warm and welcoming presence to the office. Paramount was a fantastic home base for my firm’s growth, and I’m very grateful for my time there, and for the support they provided.

Well, we are two months in to our lease with Paramount. To start, moving in was a breeze and was expedited on my request. Joy, the office manager, provided us with excellent, open communication about costs and benefits of having our office here. The office is clean, the reception is welcoming and professional (a rare combination), the parking off Courtney is easy, the coffee and hot drinks are GREAT. My clients are served well by having our office in Paramount, from my productivity increasing to the experience they have when they visit our office. Not one thing I would change! If you are reading this review, you likely are considering Paramount. Look no further!

I rented two offices at Paramount while growing my business and have only good things to say about my time there. The premises are attractive and well run, the office manager is very responsive to tenant needs and reception services are friendly and always professional. Renting at Paramount is the perfect way to have all the amenities and feel of a fully staffed office without having to manage the details or incur the overhead costs for individual services. The services are also scalable to the requirements of your business. I can without hesitation highly recommend Paramount for your business!
