Spent the day working from Kwench while visiting Victoria and absolutely loved it. The space has such a welcoming, creative atmosphere with everything you need to settle in and get productive. A special shoutout to Allison, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me get set up. It’s the kind of place where the people make an already great space even better. If you’re in Victoria and need somewhere to work, meet people, or just enjoy a fantastic coworking environment, I can’t recommend Kwench highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

This space is everything I'm looking for in a work space, and so much more that I didn't even know I wanted/needed. Above all, the people here believe in inclusivity, support, and community and it shows. I couldn't recommend this space more.

Oh KWENCH… 🫶I will miss this space so very much! I used KWENCH facilities for about two weeks while as part of March promotion. I could not thank enough to the team for running such an inspiring, alive and gorgeous place. Special thanks to Ross who has such an incredible energy. Their staff is friendly, polite and always ready to help. They host a variety of events and help build the community. It’s truly not just a co-working space but a community hub! And their selection of teas! Oh my!!! The only 2 areas of improvement I suggest are: 1. Booth time management. I used booths a lot due to a high volume of internal meetings and, unfortunately, had to ask quite a few people to wrap up because they overstayed. I completely understand it can be hard to cut the meeting short if it goes over time, and I don’t have a quick solution for this issue. But logging into meetings (especially with clients) for me is important. Later on I started booking booths with 15mins in advance just to ensure I am not late to my own calls/meetings. Maybe a digitsl screen showing whose reservation is up would help. 2. It felt like the facilities got warm during the sunny days (the area next to the kitchen) and there was lack of fresh air. I caught myself wanting to open the windows to let the fresh air in, so I feel move productive. This by no means is criticism, and I absolutely loved my time there and would go back if the price met my budget. Just wanted to share this in case you are seeking for areas to grow in!

I love KWENCH! It is such a vibrant community space. So inspiring and welcoming. Full of creatives and brilliant souls. I love the library and yoga studio as well as the comfy chairs and cozy working space options all around. I am grateful to be able to work in a space like this in Victoria BC! Unlike anywhere else.

I hosted a meeting there and they were so easy to work with. The communication was superb from the beginning, and they took good care of us all the way through. I highly recommend hosting any kind of business function there.
