EDIT (10 June 2026): So, I follow up with the "owner's" suggestion to contact Lorraine Brule at Regus. A day later I get an email from Matt T. "Customer Care Specialist". Matt ignored my request to remove the additional charge, and offered me the choice of three products he wants to sell to me. Within hours, I responded to him that I didn't want any additional service from Regus and to please generate a new invoice with my original Virtual Office charge of $42.50. It's been 27 hours and no response from Matt. No follow up from Trevor who originally sold me this service, either. Apparently, google review is the only way to get a response from Regus customer service. ORIGINAL: This is the worst professional experience I ever had. Once I signed up, I never got a return call or email from Trevor, using the same number as when he was trying to get my business or any other number for that matter. So I go down there and talk with the receptionist about my having a friend come by to pickup my mail for me when I'm away. Now, I get an additional charge of $9.45/ month for "mail handling". I never uttered the phrase "mail handling". The receptionist never said "mail handling" (to the best of my recollection) and certainly didn't make it clear that there would be another charge if a friend came by to pickup my mail for me. And I see another 1☆ review where "Regus (owner)" replies: "please reach out to your team leader". Well, I never got a return call or email from Trevor. Does this company ever take responsibility for their mistakes? Stay away from these people.

Great place for co-working space if you enjoy aggressive collections notices monthly for maintaining a zero balance. Management has been absolutely useless in actually solving the issue

In response to Regus's reply re: this review and their adherence to the government guidelines for Covid: No you don't. You say you do, but the difference between what you tell people what you're doing and what you actually do is staggering. Don't compound the problem by lying. Disgraceful. No regard for Covid protocols during the pandemic. No attempt to enforce either the Public Health Order (while it was in place) OR the rules conjured up by Regus. Staff would often not wear masks while on site and couldn't be bothered to ensure anyone else using the facilities were either. Absolute joke of a company. All the good staff were summarily dismissed during Covid due to "cut-backs". Unbelievable.

What a great space to hang out and get some work done. 2nd floor views and great atmosphere. Kudos to Georgia who is a great host! Thanks!
