We recently rented a boardroom at the Langford Business Center for our strata meeting, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The space was bright, comfortable, and perfectly equipped—everything from the audiovisual setup to the seating and layout made the meeting run smoothly. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between professional and welcoming, creating an easy environment for discussion and decision-making. Located in the heart of Langford within the District 56 community, the Business Center reflects the area’s close-knit spirit. You can feel the sense of connection here—the kind where your barista remembers your order and local spots know your name. It’s a setting that makes work feel a little more personal. The building itself offers well-appointed offices, shared workspaces, and modern amenities, making it ideal for everything from small meetings to full business operations. We left impressed and would happily book again for future gatherings.

I own a shop near by the LBC (Protective Auto Solutions). I was HURTING for some office space to efficiently get some more work done behind the desk. My only expectations was an undisturbed space, wifi, a desk, an outlet and heat. I cannot express enough how far the LBC exceeded those expectations. It is clean, professional, and such a great place to be. The underground parking, free coffee, 24 hour access, kind people and so much more was the best thing someone like me could ask for. When I first visited, it was only to get more details on the place. I signed up for a membership before I left. Ashton and Angela are fantastic, and who you will see there as management. They are friendly, and so helpful regardless of what you may need. To tell you it's refreshing to be at the LBC would be a massive understatement. So worth it, 6 stars.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
