Terrible front desk service. I pay for a plan that includes mail receiving, yet I was told with an attitude that the front desk does not accept or hold mail for members when I asked about a cheque a client had mailed to me. Based on that information, I had my client cancel the cheque and issue a new one. A week later, the front desk called to tell me they had actually received and been holding the original letter the entire time, and somehow it’s my fault for not picking it up… For a business that charges for mail handling services, this level of incompetence is unacceptable.

Good view, terrible front desk and customer service (Karen at front desk). This is kinda common under review of every Spaces office. The brand has 0 care for employee training or payment compliance obviously.

I'm a long-term tenant. The internet is so bad here I usually just tether. Internet doesn't support Zoom calls. It's unbelievable. The elevators - both of them - are somehow down around once a month. It's on the 8th floor. Also: constant administrative issues. It's a real hassle. Can't even access the offices that I pay for on the regular. The receptionist here is amazing and a total gem but the overall management of the place (at the corporate level) is unadulterated chaos. The space itself is beautiful, modern and location is nice. Staff are friendly, though there's literally one or two individuals managing over 100 offices - so it's no wonder it's a complete disaster. If you have a growing team it's very much a temporary spot that you can't wait to get out of.

charges 12% tax on beverages. there shouldn't be pst on beverages, i've never seen starbucks charge me for beverages. learn your taxes. also nice view, but i couldn't work here because it was far too cold.
