charges 12% tax on beverages. there shouldn't be pst on beverages, i've never seen starbucks charge me for beverages. learn your taxes. also nice view, but i couldn't work here because it was far too cold.

I'm a long-term tenant. The internet is so bad here I usually just tether. Internet doesn't support Zoom calls. It's unbelievable. Also: constant administrative issues. It's a real hassle. Can't even access the offices that I pay for on the regular. The receptionist here is amazing and a total gem but the overall management of the place (at the corporate level) is unadulterated chaos. The space itself is beautiful, modern and location is nice. Staff are friendly, though there's literally one or two individuals managing over 100 offices - so it's no wonder it's a complete disaster. If you have a growing team it's very much a temporary spot that you can't wait to get out of.
