What a great space for community events. Attended my first event here today and found the space to be beautifully designed and very well managed.

Great spacious ,old building that has been renovated very nicely. It used to be the old police station in 70's and 80's. It is renovated and transformed into a multi task building that different organizations benefiting the community operate inside it. One example is Megaphone which (community paper, magazines, and calenders) another organization is the Binery project. Binery project helps in recycling, waste management .they also gather once a week (weekly ), in the same building (312 main St.) on Tuesday 5 pm, and talk about events in the community. A $5 stipend is provided to the people for their participation at the end.

Hey hey This organization helped me over the past 20 years or so, never demanding only suggesting possibilities. Never chiding, never preaching. Never questioning my motives. Always trusting, ever supportive, praising my efforts despite my self centeredness and unwilling ness to share. Inspiring me to relate and interact with those around me, thus allowing me open up, share my vulnerabilities. I am also learning to feel and express real gratitude, which replaces the empty platitudes I mouthed, to make others feel as though I actually gave a shit. I wish to thank all those of you who have aided and encouraged me along the way, you who have offered your unquestioning love and support. I won't name names as the list is too long but you all have a special place in my heart and in my memories. Mark The Spark

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with 312 Main, who is more than happy to help out.

  • To truly understand what 312 Main - Street has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • At 312 Main - Street, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with 312 Main.
