I’ve been to several of CoFunction Workspaces’ pre-launch networking mixers and lunch-and-learns this summer and I’m blown away by the value they’re already delivering for Vancouver’s design- and construction-industry pros. CoFunction officially opens in October 2025, but if the preview events are any indication, this will soon be the go-to coworking and event space for architects, contractors, interior designers and the businesses that support them. If you want to work alongside like-minded professionals, build your network and grow your business, grab one of the remaining desks before they disappear. Can’t wait to move in! —Uttsav Jain, Nurture Close
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Cofunction Workspaces, who is more than happy to help out.
Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Cofunction Workspaces - 1937 Triumph Street and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Cofunction Workspaces.
