And-Co offers an incredible office environment. I was here as part of The Knowledge Society (TKS), and the space was consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained throughout our program. There are real plants all around the building, with staff who regularly care for them to keep everything looking fresh. The Wi-Fi was solid, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to focus and get work done. While we didn’t have access to everything, renters can enjoy extras like stocked fridges with snacks (nuts, fruit, etc.), inviting lounge areas, and even a podcast studio equipped with top-tier gear. Simple, clean, and thoughtfully designed – easily a 5/5.

I can't say enough about how much we love this space. DMCL has had the pleasure of using the And-Co space as a photoshoot location, networking event with a fireside chat, and as a session during Vancouver Startup Week. We receive countless compliments about the space, the tech has always run effortlessly, and the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And-Co is not a low-cost venue to book, however it also never disappoints. Highly recommend.
