I wish I could give them less than zero. They’re using other platforms to advertise themselves and attract other contractors, and honestly, this is completely the wrong way to do business. It shows how desperate and unprofessional their approach is. Definitely not something I would recommend.
Don’t even waste your time with the BBB. The HVAC business took 4 months to respond to the complaint and 6 months to finally send the invoice, yet the BBB representative said this was “totally normal.” 🤦♂️ Don’t waste your time. I also received absolutely no help from communications@mbc.bbb.org. I have all the communication and documentation to prove what actually happened but apparently that doesn’t matter.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Better Business Bureau, who is more than happy to help out.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Better Business Bureau.
