I have rented office space with OneSpace for the past two years and it has been a wonderful experience. I am an art and play therapist, and I have found the children's atelier to be perfect for the population I work with. My clients often comment on how beautiful and bright the space is, and I myself love being surrounded by so many plants. I was always met with quick, kind, and professional support as needed. Booking using their app was incredibly simple, and the pricing is very fair/tailored to you if you're trying to grow your practice. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say!

I’ve been bringing my toddler to OneSpace two days a week and I truly have nothing but amazing things to say. We only have part time daycare, and as a mom who is working and running a small business, this has been a complete game changer for me. It’s also really nice to see familiar co working faces who are in similar situations. The coffee/ tea station makes my mornings so much easier, especially on days when I don’t have time to grab anything before heading out. Karen, who leads the child minding, is wonderful and incredibly kind. My little guy always has a blast, and the other kids there are just as sweet and welcoming. Elizabeth, the owner, is such a kind and thoughtful person with an amazing vision for creating this space. She and the entire team are truly genuine and caring. If you’re considering it, you can always try a trial run. There is a small monitor so you can check in and watch your little ones play. They follow a schedule, spend time outside, and have lunch together. By the time I pick my son up, he’s happy, socialized, and ready for a nap. I honestly wish I had found this place sooner. If you’re in a similar situation and need a few hours to focus on work so you can be more present for the rest of your day, I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy working at OneSpace. The environment is beautiful and friendly and I get to meet people from all different types of professions. It gives me the vibe of being embedded in the Vancouver community which I love. The location is amazing as well and I always easily find parking spots around the space.
