Great workspace at Spaces on 152nd St. The layout is practical, well-maintained, and has a good professional feel. The front desk team is the highlight—always helpful, down-to-earth, and efficient with any requests. It’s a solid, reliable spot to get yout work done in South Surrey. Highly recommend checking it out.

Best shared office space in Surrey. Manjot in Reception/Customer care always super helpful. Clean and professional space allows me to really focus on my work. Spacious and clean kitchen/common area with bright south views and patio tops it off.

I enrolled in what is actually an awesome space to work. From the very start, when I signed the agreement, that takes TWO Security deposits (first and last month, however they make you agree to give them one of these, so they can clean, paint and make the space new for the next tenant. Which is fair but has never been done to the office I contracted for. Though they will happily keep one of the full months I've paid). One character was missed when they entered my email address in their system, which is all automated and supposed to be very helpful (if it actually ever worked, it looks great). From there, they generate invoices and you log in and pay them. They bill a whole month ahead and you need to pay it by the 15th of each month (two weeks before it's due). Also fair and easy to agree to. My problem? Couldn't receive the invoices because of the email issue. So couldn't pay anything, which delayed my move in for 3 full days (with no reduction in rent mind you). I asked them if they could just delete the contract I had signed and remake it, fixing the email issue and the invoice issue at the same time. Simple right? No they can't do that. Their solution? Add a different email address to my account and invoice that, while their "support" worked to solve the tech issues that caused a cascade from the one missing letter in my email address. OK that is fine. Did that, paid the invoices for move in (first months deposit, last bit of November, even though I didn't get to use it) and December, along with January, all before December 15th. Thought they had looked after their back end and would be able to pay February and the second months deposit by January 15th. Nope, wrong. Couldn't pay, couldn't do anything on either log in I had. Just kept getting emails for another month telling me they were working on it. Logged in one time to just see and it worked all of a sudden on the first email I had given them. I emailed everyone to say it was fixed. Still received emails for 3 more weeks telling me they were working on it. I kept responding to please 🙏 not touch it so I could just use the system as normal in February. Brings us to Feb 15. I log in to pay, use the card I added in the beginning that has always been there every time I logged in (just had no invoices to pay on that account. Can now see all the payment history for Worldpay, who processed my credit card each time). I see that they have a THIRD retainer/deposit charge in there and immediately send an email to the office personnel at The Professional Center (who are always kind and helpful, their "support" desk is where all the problems with communication and back end come from) because this is an obvious mistake. Then I go back into the app and select the one invoice that has the rent, select my card and hit pay selected. It takes me to a screen where all I need to do is enter my cvc from the card and click pay. I never did any of that because I needed to see a detail from the invoice, so I Xed out of the payment screen and came back to it. Now the invoice says it is PAID (clearly it can't be because it needs my cvc and then I have to log into online banking to accept the charge. Which I've done for all other invoices). So I think "here we go again, hasn't been a single month yet where I didn't have to spend a LOT of time chasing down issues to pay Regus. So I email support and they give me mostly cut and paste answers, where they tell me the system marks things as paid and locks until Worldpay finally communicates whether a payment has gone through 24-48 hours or so later (they don't say this exactly). I then say this is a problem since they will want to charge me a late penalty. The response says no problem, just hit pay all and you can pay the double amount. I respond saying there has been a mistake and a third retainer/deposit is being charged, so I can't do that. They respond saying since I don't have a CC on my account, it is warranted and in my contract (CC has been there, same one, for EVERY payment). I just want to work without issue!

This isn't about Spaces but the office building it is in. The signage in the lobby rarely shows the businesses in it. It just shows a sideways picture. It is out for weeks at a time SO... if you want to find where you are going, you'll have to look it up on your phone.
