I have been using this office space from last 3 months now, Swarna who is managing the office on most days is a great host and help you with any questions. Office space is also very well maintained and quiet to work peacefully.

They have one of the worst customer service I have experienced. One of our urgent DHL packages were sent to the reception, and the receptionist made a mistake and put it into outbound mail to Canada Post. Instead of informing us, the receptionist lied to us and told us “Canada Post took our mail by accident”. Sent my employee on a goose chase through lies and now our package is lost. These receptionist and community manager will lie and make up stories to cover themselves at your expense. Now that my vital shipping documents are lost, we will be paying hundreds of dollars in penalty. Avoid this place at all cost, no contact to escalate this matter. Plenty of other good shared office with half decent employees.
