Firstly, these 5 star reviews look fake. Constantly added fees they never mentioned during negotiations. Tried to increase monthly price by over 70% during renewal after just 3 months (claiming it was market value yet across the parking lot they were asking for less than what I was paying here). Absolute scam artists. Made me pay hefty restoration fee even though A) they never restored my unit from the previous tenant B) I left the room spotless. Units have constant HVAC noise you cannot turn off, there is never any parking, and much more. Just work from home. Not worth the headache.

I have been using this office space from last 3 months now, Swarna who is managing the office on most days is a great host and help you with any questions. Office space is also very well maintained and quiet to work peacefully.
