I highly recommend Ocean Pointe Business Centre for your business needs, including virtual office, office space, meeting rooms, etc. The interiors are very artistic and inspiring. Katherine has put her heart into it, and the centre is warm and hospitable. Susan is very welcoming and responsive. The location is also ideal on Johnston Road, close to lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants for coffee chats and lunches with your customers/ business stakeholders, and for a nice stroll afterwards. The area is also well connected to public transit via White Rock central bus stop. Ocean Pointe Business Centre is an inspiration for office spaces, and this is NOT a paid review :-) Bests, Aditya

So im responding to the owner, since the owner of the centre doesnt know me as a client. Do you know everyone who walks in that centre to go to any of the businesses that lease space. You're about 8 months too late in asking anout my 1 star review. My review is to 1 of the places in the centre not the building itself.

I rented an office at OPBC for a couple of months and I would recommend it to anyone looking for short or long term office space rental. Here's why: - convenience: central location, no long term commercial lease, free parking for your clients etc etc.. - professionalism: facilities are extremely well appointed and you'll be able to work and host clients immediately, and very comfortably. Cost is also reasonable given the quality of the facilities. - well-being: do yourself a favour and check out the patio on the second floor. Picture yourself working there in the spring and summer, or just taking a break during your workday. Such an incredible space, I will miss it dearly.. Last but not least, Katherine and Susan are absolutely amazing and will make sure that your experience at OPBC is perfect. I really can't think of anything that I would change.
