Reviews
I visited Work Commons office and the ambience is very clean and refreshing. The have a passion for excellence.
I’ve been working here for a while now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Work Commons. First and foremost, I absolutely love how fast and helpful the service is—whenever I have a question or need assistance, the team responds immediately and goes above and beyond to sort things out. That level of attentiveness makes a huge difference when you're on a tight deadline. The space itself is always impeccably clean and refreshingly quiet, which is rare to find in a coworking environment. It truly feels like a sanctuary for focused work. On top of that, all the office equipment is so new—from the ergonomic chairs and adjustable desks to the high-speed printers and top-of-the-line meeting room screens. Everything works flawlessly and feels brand new, which just elevates the whole working experience. If you're looking for a professional, stress-free place to get things done in Richmond, this is it. Highly recommended!
I did a drop in before my exam to study with my friend it was hard to foscus with my roomates at home. Thank you for Vita500 drink boss so kind! they have small box rooms to study in which helps.
Found out about this through a card shop. Was told by the staff that we could study here during the day for a drop-in fee. A gentleman showed us to our desks and gave us a small bottle of vitamin drink- haha, very nice touch! We'll be back soon, just before our next exams.
Got one of open space desk for my myself to use. The space is very clean, pricing was good, and the staff members were attentive and kind. Looking forward to continue renting the space.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Work Commons.

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
