Got one of open space desk for my myself to use. The space is very clean, pricing was good, and the staff members were attentive and kind. Looking forward to continue renting the space.

The process from booking to completion was very efficient. Arrival was smooth and the space I reserved was exactly like the pictures depicted. The room was quiet and technology worked without any issues. Outside of the office rental space there were lounge areas, clean washrooms, phone booths, and a kitchen and lunch area. There was also visitor parking. This has been the best co-working experience I have encountered so far, and I would highly recommend!

Was in town for a couple weeks and Espasyo was perfect for my needs. Well furnished office and great amenities. Yoko and Audra were friendly and very helpful. Had to extend my stay due to the Air Canada strike and extending my stay was easy and seamless with them. Will definitely be booking here again next year.

Came here for co-working desk, very nice modern workspace with friendly staff. :) Reccomend if you are looking for somewhere to work in Richmond.
