BEWARE! The staff threw away my belonging for no apparent reason and gave zero warning. Charged two months worth of rent when I already moved out. Terrible location and service.

The staff at Regus are excellent; they address concerns quickly and the communication is great. I have no complaints at all about Regus employees. I'm deducting two stars for the IT / connectivity. It's 100Mbps shared through the entire complex (!!), and it's through Rogers, which is constantly experiences outages. There's no internal IT staff; it's all contracted out, so response time and repairs are VERY slow. I've had outages from one hour to three days, which is rubbish for a "business-level" Internet. 2010 connectivity with dial-up reliability is unacceptable.

Hi, Could you please return my retainer? It has been two months since I left Regus, and I still have not received any response from your customer support regarding when I will get my deposit back. After doing some research, I noticed that Regus withholding customers' retainers is a common issue. I never thought I’d be a victim of this, yet here I am. Strangely enough, Regus requires customers to request their retainer refund at the end of the contract termination, which, to me, seems rather sketchy. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
