Breakroom Work Lounge is a fantastic co-working space located in Richmond! The environment is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for remote work, studying, hosting meetings, or running workshops and classes. In addition, instructors regularly hold classes there, contributing to its creative and welcoming atmosphere. One of the key advantages is the easy parking availability, which is a real bonus in this area. The shared office setup is comfortable and quiet, making it ideal for freelancers, company teams, or anyone in need of a flexible workspace. It's one of the best places I’ve discovered for office rentals, private events, or teaching workshops in the Vancouver and Richmond area. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a professional space to host events or work.

Very comfortable office environment, spacious space, cool air conditioning. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there are many parking spaces outside. There is also free coffee to enjoy~ I like to work here! And there are some experience activities to sign up for! It's really a good place! Highly recommended👍

A great study spot, and it’s honestly better than studying in a cafe since it’s a lot quieter and offers unlimited free coffee. Came here when there’s the $1 deal (super affordable for students like me) will definitely be back

Cozy cowork environment with extremely good noise ventilation, you won't hear the planes flying overhead. Also you can have free coffee.
