What a shocking experience. After paying considerably more than most hotels. We went down for breakfast and were offered cold hard boiled eggs and bread. This was what they offered as a continental breakfast. The staff were very unfriendly and the manager was down right rude. Zero hospitality from a hotel. I would not recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this awesome hotel! We were happy to find they have pet friendly rooms with a harbour veiw. I don’t think you could ask for a nicer, cleaner and more modern room. Everyone we met there was genuinely accommodating. Very pleased that Prince Rupert has a high end hotel without the “ high end attitude “. See you next year!

It was an effortless check in with two lovely professional front desk ladies who were helpful as well as kind. Continental breakfast was different in a good way, there was staff who also assisted with everything. The only thing we did on our own was get our coffee. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was so beautiful albeit it was raining the entire time we were in PR. I absolutely appreciate that this hotel is dog friendly, I enjoy taking our border Collie with us when we travel. Check out was just as lovely as the check in. The entire experience was positive and I highly recommend.
