I had such a lovely experience staying at Inn on the Harbour! Between the sunsets from the soaker tub to the delicious breakfast in the morning overlooking the harbour. WOW! Thanks to the amazing staff for taking such good care of me! Looking forward to staying here again very soon!

On route to the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary, I overnight in Prince Rupert with my workshop guests. The Inn on the Harbour is a short walk from the bus station (where you are dropped off from the airport) and very convenient. The harbour view if beautiful. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are nice. Beds and pillows are comfy. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Prince Rupert.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially while traveling for business. The staff came across as unfriendly, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout parts of the hotel. The booking process and communication with the front desk were also unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and made an already busy business trip more stressful than it needed to be.

Inn on the Harbour was a great home base while we explored Rupert. While the room we stayed in (which faced the parking lot- our choice) wasn't the fanciest or most up to date, it served our needs perfectly well. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.
