Regus isn’t just a bad company, they’re borderline sabotaging. We were in a 2 year contract with them (don’t ever ever do this!), and they breached the terms of that contract multiple times, actually losing our business multiple customers and causing us real damage. We tried to tell them since the contract was broken we would not be paying their useless rent anymore. Not only did they not let us out of the contract, but they did not have ANYONE at this company who had the power to discuss it with us. No one cared if we were happy, they didn’t even care if we were spitting mad, they simply kept deducting rent and when we took away our billing info, they sent us to collections. My partner even sleuthed his way all the way to the number of the Vice President for this region, do you wanna know what he said? “How did you get this number?” The only people with power to do anything at that company will NOT speak with you via phone, email, or any other method. He also told us that the policy is basically if there are any disputes then they let people take them to court, there will be no mediation. The only reason I did not sue them was because my partner (a lawyer) had too much going on at that time to take on the added stress. They still deduct $1050 per month and will continue to do so until May 2025. This dispute happened in November 2023. For all I know they’ve rented our tiny office to someone else, we vacated it back in 2023. Edit post Regus response: You don’t think we submitted help tickets and talked to as many people as we could? Your canned response means nothing and you know it. Your company doesn’t operate in good faith, just look at all the complaints issued with the better business bureau.

Rigos is the most ridiculous office rental company in all of Vancouver. We were tenants for 6 months and contrary to the rules, they always deducted the rent from our account 45 days earlier. About 2 months have passed since the delivery of the office, but they have not returned the excess rents they took from us. And they have not returned our advance payment. Every day promises and lies and...

Been a long term tenant here. The location and environment of this facility is great. Receptionists are professional. It's convenient for clients to visit because the proximity to a Skytrain station and underground parking. The washrooms unfortunately break down too often and can take a long time to be fixed. The maintenance is probably done by the strata and Regus likely has little control over it but it's still part of the customer experience. The management did little to promote interactions between tenants so it's more like a well-maintained private rental office than a co-working space.
