The building itself is a clean, quiet, and professional workspace. The front end staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, the Regus company itself has many shady business practices that make it really difficult for a small business and cash flow management. There are hundreds of dollars in additional hidden costs that you're not told about: Additional kitchen amenities fees, high speed internet/tech fees, 2 months deposit PLUS first month rent AND an additional months rent for a "retainer" fee (that's 4 month rent in the first month), ridiculous monthly parking fees without a guarantee of a space to park, an additional $45 fee I'm not even sure what it is for, and this month I was double charged for parking. Every month I have had hundreds of dollars in errors and additional fees that I was not anticipating. After 2.5 months I was given a fee increase notice that my lease would be going up by either 19% or 32% depending on which option I chose. Maybe not the best place for a new small business to get started. I'm really disappointed in this business experience with Regus.

Highly recommend. The location is top-notch and comfortable. Though the customer service is what is exceptional. When our lease auto-renewed without our awareness, they were understanding and after some discussion, waived the extra renewed month. It's quite notable to find such responsive and accommodating service

Don't ever deal with a regus. they will charge for random things and it takes months of fighting to get the money back. All of their operations are in another country and they don't seem to care about local fair business practices. They are over priced and they will find any way they can to charge you a fee for something. There are way better business center options in port coquitlam, mission, pitt meadows, and soon in maple ridge.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • At Regus - Maple Ridge, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - Maple Ridge operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
