If I could give less than 1 star I would. As a small business owner - STAY AWAY. I entered a month to month contract with this branch. Not only did they slip in additional charges regularly- but after I canceled with them because the space simply wasn’t working… they continued charging me for MONTHS. I had to cancel my credit card. After this they came to me months later saying I owed them 2800$. After asking them for my contract that I signed with them and expressing in writing and over the phone that I had canceled my contract - they ghosted me - never sent me my contract but continued sending me threatening emails. I am now dealing with collections and they haven’t even been provided me or the collections agency with a signed contract or itemized breakdown of what i « owe ». Regus — you’re a bully.
