New age building that houses a wide selection of businesses. The building lobby and rooftop can be rented out for events. Both are nice venues. They also have hot desk and office rentals. The kitchen has free coffee machines and is stocked well.

There's a great Telus store here and it's usually not busy, saves you a wait if you're walking in.

Don't book the rooftop for any party. They cancelled on us two weeks prior to an anniversary party without providing any compensation. Their reasoning was that the party had to end early and therefore they were not complying with the citys bylaws this whole time. They were signing contracts by telling people that that the bylaws do not apply to them as they are commercial but that was false advertisement.
