So happy we decided to enroll our son at this daycare! They are very patient to help me as the mom with allowing me to stay a bit longer during transitions at pick up and drop off. They keep me updated all day with his meals, naps and activities. They also take pictures daily. The best part of this daycare is their manager Priya! She is amazing. She always has a smile on.. every day.. she is so patient and kind, you can tell she truly cares and listens full heartedly. My son is very happy attending this daycare.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have witnessed physical abuse, shaking, yelling in children’s faces along with my son being hit by the same child 6 times and a “care plan” was put in place but those mean absolutely nothing. They only care about money and if you review the Kelowna baby sitter and center page and read the reviews on produkidvity you will also hear similar stories there was zero aggressive behaviour I was in tears there many times after my son had incidents with your staff. You guys make up so many lies to cover your tracks as you’re more worried about your reputation than the children it’s disgusting. My child had his arm pulled out by the same teacher who was shaking and screaming in a child’s face. I have never been aggressive any parent would be upset seeing tbat and have an “elevated tone” as you would call it. The teachers there loved me as I did them besides the one abusing children. You again are making up lies to cover your reputation when it’s already ruined. I also am far from racist I described the teacher in question as Asian and said I’m not racist when I even said that as I had no idea her name as no one would tell me it and the other teachers are all of different ethnicities and I loved them as did my son and they felt the same about me you are now making up lies as you did with other families. This company only cares about money not the welfare of the children BEWARE. They also have a terrible reputation from anyone you ask and said I was aggressive after watching my sons arm get PULLED by a teacher aggressively and I was clearly upset as any parent would be. I reported the same teacher weeks prior for shaking a child and yelling in his face. Along with another child in the class had his arm dislocated a week before I whitnessed my sons arm getting pulled violently. They then called CPS on me when I posted their disgusting behaviour on facebook, which CPS also realized after meeting me and my son that it was retaliation from the company. They also told CPS I was under the influence MANY times picking up my son, which is complete lie - I would be picking him up from work everyday and if a parent was impaired most professionals at a daycare would be calling the police right away. They will lie about anything to try and save their reputation, but I had over 100 messages on facebook with parents experiencing the same issues. My son now goes to another childcare center and is thriving there, has not gotten bit once and I have never had an issue with any teachers or staff and my son is learning way more then he ever did at Produckidvity. They do not teach your children the basic learning needs they do at their age and for the price of care you can find more professional and your child get the education and resources they need. Them also saying I have no pictures or evidence is incorrect I have over 6 pictures of 6 different bites from other children there and one child was responsible for 4 of the bites yet they never did anything to remove the child to a different class for the safety of my son and others.
