The Downtown Business Center provides a professional and clean space for my office! Great value here in an awesome location. The parkade across the street is a very convenient for my clients.

It is a nice space to rent. Tenants are all quite nice and the building is easy to access. Common kitchen makes it easy to bring your own lunch, and lots of restaurants close by. Parking can be a little tricky at peak times, and I wasn't fond of staying too late as the area can be a little sketchy at night.
