Despite the building owning the parking lot, and offering massage and mental health services, there are no accessible parking stalls allocated for the public to use during their appointments to minimize barriers to entry. This concern has been brought to the attention of ownership and no efforts to improve accessibility were made. Rather, they stated that they don’t intend their policy to be discriminatory, but don’t plan to update it to not be.
