Very professional and knowledgable staff at the Chilliwack location. I went for a consult first as I was concerned about products containing nuts due to an allergy. Courtney was extremely helpful researching the products that would be suitable for me. I really appreciated her attention to detail. I went in a few few days later for the cut Which turned out great. I had a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend!
It was my first time at create space hair co, and Courtney didn’t disappoint! She was easy to talk too, and very knowledgeable about everything hair. She made sure I was happy the whole way through. She took her time, and made me feel special! I will be back!
Arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The manager called on it right away and it was promptly fixed which was much appreciated! Courtney did my hair (curly hair service) and did an amazing job! She was great going over products that would work with my sensory issues and explaining to me my optimal hair routine to fit my lifestyle. She genuinely seems to love her job. Couldn’t have asked for a better hairstyles!
Kourtney you should feel embarrassed. I brought my 85yr mom with dementia to your previous location for a cut and color multiple times for a reasonable charge of 135-150. I tried to stay loyal and bring my mom to your new location for the same service and was surprised to see my mom being charged $266 . I felt so sick I paid for her.. On top of that, your front end staff was so condescending by telling me you told her that you mentioned to me the prices before starting…you know that's a lie. In addition the same receptionist condescendingly said thank you, have a great day, see you soon knowing my discontent. Absolutely pathetic, great way to start a business in a new location…I’m just shocked.
Melissa was amazing, taking my extensions out and giving me a cute fresh cut, she was so sweet and professional 💗 salad also had such a warm atmosphere 😍
