Way too expensive, they make it almost impossible to cancel without contacting someone. Been billed 3 extra months after being told it was cancelled.

My experience with Regus has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is among the worst I have dealt with — unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. The offers feel misleading, and the charges are unreasonable. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

Very disappointing experience with Regus Virtual Office in Burnaby, BC. Poor communication, slow and unhelpful support, and not worth the premium price. Basic requests took far too long, and the service felt disorganized and impersonal. I would not recommend this location for a virtual office.

Be careful when dealing with this company , they lock you in a service for a year and you can not cancel, they continue to bill you and there is no one to give you a clear response , pass you from person to person ending up no where , be aware of their misleading reps and careless staff

After waiting for 20 minutes and starting to panic, the concierge finally appeared, but instead of offering assistance, he rudely questioned why I was knocking on the door, which is a normal reaction for someone who’s been waiting outside for so long. By that point, the time to pick up my son had already passed. His attitude was dismissive, saying it wasn’t his problem that the building door was locked and I needed to pick up my son. I’m confused as to how I’m supposed to pick up my son if the door is locked. Isn’t it his responsibility to ensure the safety and access for everyone entering and leaving the building? I’ve also heard from several other guests that they’ve had similar issues during the Saturday schedule.
