After waiting for 20 minutes and starting to panic, the concierge finally appeared, but instead of offering assistance, he rudely questioned why I was knocking on the door, which is a normal reaction for someone who’s been waiting outside for so long. By that point, the time to pick up my son had already passed. His attitude was dismissive, saying it wasn’t his problem that the building door was locked and I needed to pick up my son. I’m confused as to how I’m supposed to pick up my son if the door is locked. Isn’t it his responsibility to ensure the safety and access for everyone entering and leaving the building? I’ve also heard from several other guests that they’ve had similar issues during the Saturday schedule.

NIGHTMARE SO FAR … DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICE WITH THEM BEFORE READING If I could give a zero I would. Let alone they called me 7 times offering a promotion and then when we finally call in to book they tell me August is the worst month for promotions sorry! And they can’t honour it. But that’s just the start. They then tell me I’ll have my new business phone number is 24 hours. I explain I have print material on hold and clients I have to send this out to. A week goes by, many emails nothing. They throw the sales guy under the bus and say it doesn’t work that way. Today still no phone number! I’m losing business, and they don’t care, just emails saying we are working on it. When I purchased the package I was told I get a mailing address, answering service included for my fee. I refuse to sign a contract, which now I thank my stars for! Today I receive an email stating “added service $9 a month” for me to pick up my mail. Basically they will hold your mail hostage at your MAILING ADDRESS. I call the account rep and he apologized for misleading me, that he should have explained that although it’s a mailing address , you can’t get mail there without an additional fee (apparently he didn’t know that either). I also tell him I have no phone line, he sees baffled! I said have a manager call me and he said he can cancel my service no problem. Our business is busy and this was something we needed but what we needed more what honestly, integrity, and accountability. It seems, so far, Regus has none of those things. Let’s see how this plays out. Will update review,
