Clean. Lots of room. It's a building that has temp office/work space available for classes and work courses.

If you’re freelancer on the go that puts high value on a workplace that’s straightforward, clean, calm, accessible and this all adds up to high productivity, then The Annex will do it for you. Lots of parking, zero hassles getting wifi and a comfy workspace, and right around the corner from convenience stores and a great coffee shop. Next time I’m in Southern Alberta this co-working space will definitely be my harbour again!
