• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Capilano Office? How about for a day or a month?

  At Capilano Office, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
