We are renting a space at Manulife Place, and the front desk team—Charlene and Chantel—has been absolutely outstanding. They are friendly, diligent, and easy-going, consistently providing us with the best possible service. The team communicates exceptionally well, and we can always rely on them to greet our clients, direct them to us, or take a message when needed. We also enjoy easy access to the meeting rooms, which has been extremely helpful for our operations. Deliveries are always handled smoothly, the kitchen space is kept clean, and the lobby is truly impressive. Overall, the level of professionalism and support from Regus and the front desk team has greatly enhanced our experience at Manulife Place. Thank you, Charlene, Chantel, and the whole Regus team, for making our workspace experience so positive.
