This company does not care about small business owners and will take money from you without authorization. Refunds are so difficult and credit card companies have flagged them because of so many complaints. I wish I would have checked out BBB before signing; however, they got me with their fine print of their house rules and contract because they change the rules every 6 months, don't tell you, and then make you pay crazy amounts. I paid over $1100 for restoration fees for 2 small rooms with 4 tiny holes from pictures. HQ has zero integrity!

Dont waste your money here. They are a bunch of cheaters. They made fake promises in the beginning when they do showings. Jessie, their person who does showing made big promises about designing ur own office, getting furniture etc but nothing happened. And when I confronted him, he gave me this attitude. I wish I never trusted him in the first place. And If I want to escalate the matter, their city head Amanda is not very helpful. She won't let you go past her to report to higher authorities. They are a bunch of cheaters, deceiving people and don't care. Dont trust them and dont get stuck with them. They also have unmentioned micro transactions. Dont trust Jessie specifically. Renting office space with them was a big mistake.

If u want to loose business get office in HQ. Stay Away From Them, Don’t take offices there on their Fake Promises. Poor Management and when u want to expand within the Building they charge you Double the office rate then A new guy. Worst part is $490 for Restoration Fees for 10x10 Office space. They never gave any furniture as they mentioned earlier we will provide you. Main Reception manager do Discrimination. Almost 2 months didn’t received deposit.

Extremely friendly and provided all of the info I needed. I ended up not needing to use the service, but was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. I would definitely recommend them based on my initial experience.
