Basework is a great option for any professional looking for an office space. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet and modern space, it is your best bet. Not only are the offices well-furnished, but the space also includes a lounge area and coffee bar. There is a board room on site as well that can be used to take meetings with clients. Would highly recommend it. Basework is a great space for productivity, and will help to take you and your business to the next level.

Basework is a great space for professionals looking for clean and welcoming office space. They are so accommodating and everyone is so friendly! They also have boardrooms that you have access to with your monthly membership! I highly recommend Basework for your office needs!

I love my office rental at Basework. It is professional, quiet, clean and modern. Mike goes above and beyond to provide a tour of the space, help you select the office that meets your needs, and is always checking in to make sure things are working well. The space comes with a beautiful boardroom for booking and a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee machine that is always stocked with Tim Hortons coffee! I am in an inside sliding office, but the natural light is still great, it comes with great furniture and is very functional. I would highly recommend Basework for anyone looking for a professional, furnished office for rent!

I’ve been a tenant of Baseworks for 7months and Mike is excellent to deal with. He’s always been very accommodating. The office space is new so when clients come to meet me they are impressed and say it looks professional and contemporary.
