Sabrina responded to an inquiry about viewing a unit, letting me know to text a number. A few days later, I email her back letting her know I texted the number but never got a response so I thought I would just check in and wished her a great day. To this I get ''I told you what to do at 4.34pm, it's in this very thread in black and white''. Now, seeing all the other reviews I am guessing this was an off day but that completely turned me off from wanting to even see that place, despite how excited I was.

I had such a wonderful experience at Thrive Business Centre. I arrived feeling completely lost trying to find my Chiro appointment and was honestly getting pretty frustrated with the directions. The person at the front desk was incredibly calm, kind, and patient. They took the time to help me figure out exactly where I needed to go and immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely turns your whole day around. Thank you for making a stressful moment so much easier, it was truly appreciated!

If you're looking for a small office rental and can't afford ab expensive monthly lease, the hourly room rates are amazing. 35$/hour can get you pretty far, and the booking system is super easy to follow! Many professionals here from massage therapists and psychologists to accountants and random businesses. This place is warm and cozy with super friendly tenants. Sabrina the receptionist almost always has an answer to your questions, and is willing to help you. For clients coming here, the booking is easy. You walk into reception after finding ample parking (unless it's January due to the gym rush), search the professional you are seeing with the tablet at the receptionists desk, then boom, you wait for them to come to the lobby. Super easy.

I just have to say, what a warm and welcoming environment. The Manager is very helpful especially with people like me. I was slightly lost looking for the person I had an appointment with. it was my first time to the building. Lol she recognized that I was lost actually and helped me find the person I was looking for. He is new to Thrive. She offered me coffee and water. I just have never experienced this type of service before so I thought I would write a review - Dierda L

If you talk to anyone from here (but we all know who I’m really referring too) you will immediately feel the disrespect slap you in the face. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of by someone. World class scammers is right.
