In my opinion and from my experience: These people are liars. I would not rent from them with proper information. They will take your money and keep increasing rent yearly, it’s in the agreement, in the fine print. No client retention as all tenants are moving. Regus is not a good place.... they look pretty but remember.... don’t judge a book by its cover.

My experience has been this is a nightmare company to deal with. Do your research and then research some more. They are always kind to you to gain your business but once you are a client, they will do everything in their power to keep your last months rent, which you pay up front, and your security deposit. Very dishonest organization from the receptionists you in house management to directors.... etc. Staff change overs are every few none the, make your company look very professional. #calgary #yycbusiness #beware #regus
